Planning, booking and management of all lodging, excursions and ground transportation
Flights research
Personalized digital itinerary, including all trip details, provider contact info and supporting documentation as needed - viewable on web and a convenient mobile app. Flight info and other important components are updated in real time.
Support throughout your trip via WhatsApp
Concierge service including restaurant recommendations and reservations, securing event and museum tickets, spa appointments, tee-times, etc.
Information about travel requirements and their deadlines for your destination(s) including necessary visas, vaccinations, driving permits, and other documentation applicable to your trip

Fee: starting at $350 per week of travel

Surcharges may apply for:

rush orders (planning initiated within 45 days of travel)
travel during holidays, high seasons or special events where planning is initiated 6 months or less from trip start date
select destinations and itineraries with complex travel logistics
groups with multiple room bookings
after-hours support
airfare booking (if not part of a complete travel package)

If you already have an idea of where you would like to visit and are looking for assistance with booking a single item only (lodging, cruise, guided tour), we offer complimentary booking assistance. This includes:

Up to 3 options provided in the desired location/category
Exclusive premium amenities applied to your reservation. Benefits may include complimentary breakfast, folio credit, room upgrades and unique experiences with thousands of preferred partners worldwide

A $100 good-faith credit card guarantee is taken to find you the perfect match for any single item booking. It is only charged if you decide not to book through us.
