For a select number of clients, we offer our services on an ongoing retainer basis - designed for those who travel frequently and value having a trusted advisor intimately familiar with their preferences, rhythms, and priorities.
Through year-round travel management, strategic consultation, and a deeply personalized understanding of each client, we provide continuous support across every stage of travel, from early inspiration and long-range planning to real-time coordination and on-the-ground concierge services.
Our retainer clients benefit from a proactive, always-on approach to travel, including personalized air strategy and monitoring, access to our network of preferred partners, and lifestyle concierge support that extends beyond any single journey.
Retainers are structured annually, with investment beginning at $4,000 for individuals and households, and $10,000 for family offices and corporate clients.
